Capabilities are realized by institutionalizing processes.  In this area, we explore the processes and resources needed to support an effective enterprise architecture capability.  This discussion is organized around three concerns:

• Managing the Enterprise Architecture Capability,
• Design and Enterprise Architecture, and
• Realizing Change.

Modelling is an essential discipline for design in general and this is true for enterprise design.  In this area, we focus on the technical language of enterprise architecture and explore how choices here will affect the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture capability.

Communication is key to realizing change.  This area focuses on the design choices for capturing, maintaining, and communicating enterprise architecture knowledge.
